I’m Jazzlyn Hammett, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. My approach is warm, culturally humble, and holistic. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed modalities to assist partners in navigating conflict, strengthening attachment, and improving communication and coping. I offer in-person sessions in South Bay, Los Angeles and virtual therapy across California. Sessions are in English, and all identities and relationships are welcome.
