So when you decide to go for couple's counselling you want to know that your couple's therapist will really know how to help you. That's why, when I first decided to specialize in couple's therapy, I looked for the best training available in the couple's therapy field. That was 15 years ago.
I'm certified in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy. EFT is considered by many to be one of the most effective approaches to couples therapy. It has high success rates.
Many couples in distress have sexual concerns too so I have specialized training in that area too. I'm a registered sex therapist with ASTO (formerly BESTCO)
