I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in Couples Therapy and Affair Recovery based in Miami, Florida.
My passion is helping committed couples save their marriages in the most effective way possible.
I’ve spent the last 10 years helping couples transform their relationships through my Couples Counseling and Affair Recovery programs.
My team of experts and myself strongly believe that "venting sessions" are not effective with couples and as a result, we offer structured couples therapy programs that allow a lasting change. Our successful method offers structure, tools, and evaluations for our couples throughout the treatment so they can get to their goals faster (usually within 6-8 weeks).
My boutique private practice consists of a team of relationship experts who are all trained in the Gottman method as well as other couple-related specialties such as: communication issues, infidelity, infidelity trauma, sex, hypnotherapy, and more. We offer quality over quantity and each of us has a select limited number of active cases to ensure couples and individuals get the finest, most professional treatment.
My podcast Relationships Uncomplicated is highly rated and has over 350,000 downloads. Each episode is dedicated to discussing and providing actionable solutions to a well known relationship issue. I give tips and advice as well as interview other experts to provide my listeners with their ideas on how to improve your relationship.
