In sessions, she uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent management training (PMT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and prolonged exposure therapy (PET).Dr. Page's therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in the community value of empowerment; she's dedicated to providing safe spaces for the emotionally challenged to find their voice and direction in life.
