Our approach in marital and pre-marital therapy is rooted in research and data-based methodologies, along with our experience succcesfully working with 100s of couples who we have helped in our practice. In addition to our own techniques, therapeutic models include EFT, Gottman, Solution focused, as well as communication skill models. Our goal in relationship counseling is to help each couple improve emotional connection, learn effective communication, ignite romance, build trust, and develop and reinforce positive visions for their relationship.
