I work with couples using the Gottman Method, which is an industry-leading, research-based approach to working with couples on rebuilding their relationships. I also utilize post-modern approaches such as narrative therapy to create a unique map of who you’ve been, who you are, and who you want to be.
Life is too short to settle into unhappy relationships, let self-doubt control us, or to be anxious all of the time. I want you to be free to live life on your terms and to find meaning in family, friendships, and all other life areas.
I graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from NSU. I work collaboratively with couples, families, and postpartum women with a focus on improving marriages, relationships, and the experience of motherhood, respectively.
I have training with Postpartum Support International and also with the Gottman Institute. I work with individuals, couples, and families and utilize proven methods and research-based approaches to help you discover and surpass your goals. Together, we will create the life you desire and deserve. I look forward to working with you!
