I have training in several couples counseling approaches including EFT, Stan Tatkin and Couples Institute in Menlo Park.
When working with couples I create an internal model of where your relationship can go that is based on the confidence that with determination your dynamic can change. My approach enables that not only can the couple heal but each individual can undergo a process of internal growth. The growth that you will experince as an individual by working on your relationship will carry over to every aspect of your life. My firm conviction is that adversity and obstacles are the things that create the perfect opportunity for advancement and uncovering your greatest potential as an individual and a couple.
