If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety or depression, healing from trauma or abuse, or stuck in the cycle of high-conflict relationships, you’re not alone. Maybe adoption or military life has added layers of stress and change, and conversations at home feel harder than they used to. I’m here to meet you where you are, with care and respect.

I love working with individuals, couples, and families who are tired of the same patterns and are ready to try something different—rebuilding trust, easing anger, and finding steadier ground. You don’t need perfect words to start; bring your real self, and we’ll move at your pace.

I’m Dr. Sean Paul, a Psychologist licensed in Massachusetts with 6 years of experience. I earned my Psy.D from William James College. As a former Marine, I understand the unique pressures that military and first-responder communities carry. My approach is collaborative and practical: I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples Therapy (Marriage & Family Therapy), and Collaborative Therapy to support healing around anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma, adoption-related concerns, and anger management—always honoring your identities and lived experience.

If this resonates, let’s talk. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I’d be honored to support you.
