About
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a pastoral counselor. That gives my clients two approaches to use if they choose it: the psychological, the faith-based, or a combination of the two. I use concepts from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Bowenian theory which is a systems based approach. We all live in systems. Roecognizing our roles and potential is a gift. I use resources from John and Sue Gottmann for assessment which sets couples up from the beginning for success in their work.
