Caroline is a professional Psychotherapist who also holds a Masters in Social Work. She provides a culturally sensitive, accepting, and safe space from which to explore current and past experiences that interfere in one's ability to self-actualize. She works with an array of issues including past exposure to trauma, interpersonal challenges, depression, anxiety, career changes, and much more.

Her approach blends aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ego-Psychology, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She can assist in fostering self understanding through our mutual collaboration and setting of individual goals.
