I empower them to learn and transform through curiosity and exploration in a secure relationship where they can better trust themself and their partner. I teach people to meet their own and each other's needs in a supportive and safe partnership. I help partners create relational safety and calm, release blame and shame, communicate with kindness and clarity, to accept, tolerate, regulate, and express their emotions, and to feel connected, heard, and looking forward to their future together.
