About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialization in depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and psychological/neuropsychological testing. My main theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilizing evidence-based practices. I currently provide group therapy, family therapy, individual psychotherapy, and couples counseling in Garden Grove and Redlands, CA. In addition to my clinical experiences, I am also bilingual in Vietnamese, a skill that has enabled me to build stronger rapport with the minority population and be more diversity sensitive.
  • I completed an APA-accredited internship at the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in Lincoln, NE and an APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship in Primary Care Mental Health Integration at the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in Loma Linda, VA. I am VA-certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence-based intervention for PTSD.
