I provide a safe space for my clients to explore their present emotions, past experiences and hopes for the future. I practice from an attachment-based, person-centered framework, which means that I view the relationship between myself and my clients as one of the central parts of healing. During our time together, you will feel understood, cared for and respectfully challenged. We will collaborate to unearth your strengths in order to foster self-compassion, resilience and positive change. My native Austin roots come through in my style: chill, real and occasionally funny.
