I work with individuals and couples, including those navigating infidelity or rebuilding trust, using an attachment-informed, Gottman Method approach. My clients often include people who've felt unheard or misunderstood in past therapy, or in life generally, including those in helping professions, therapists, nurses, teachers, pastors, who are so used to holding everyone else that they've forgotten someone can hold them too.
A lot of what we'll work on comes back to self-worth, the root of most of what people bring into my office, whether it shows up as relationship drama, betrayal, burnout, or a quiet sense of "something's wrong with me." I draw on CBT, DBT, and Gottman methods, not in a worksheet-y way, more like practical tools for when things get hard.
