I’m Tammy Hyland, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 15 years of experience. I’m trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), two approaches I use to help couples recognize the patterns they get caught in and begin responding to each other differently. My approach is warm and supportive, but I’m also active in the room. I’ll help you slow things down, understand what’s really happening underneath the conflict, and learn practical ways to communicate and reconnect.
