I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I have received additional training in mindfulness, sand/play therapy, and anger management. I provide psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and consulation in both Korean and English.

As a mindfulness practitioner, I would like to guide a congruent therapeutic journey with clients by cultivating compassion and wisdom. I value authentic and harmonious approaches based on humanistic psychology. I endeavor to promote presence, awareness, and acceptance. I hope we can take a journey together to practice embracing changes in life and reconnecting with self and others.

I provide the following services: individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, mindful parenting, anger management, clinical supervision, and case consultation.
