I’m Stacey Stetson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience. My approach blends mindfulness and compassion with practical tools. We might use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to quiet self-criticism and ease anxiety or depression; Internal Family Systems to honor and heal protective parts; and Couples Therapy with the Gottman Method to improve communication, trust, and repair. I also draw from Buddhist-informed mindfulness to help you find steadiness through life transitions, parenting challenges, separation, and family conflict.
