I’m Stacey Brown, and for 30 years I’ve helped people strengthen relationships and grow self-trust. My approach is collaborative and practical: we’ll use CBT, integrative and solution-focused tools to quiet worry, build coping skills, and create small, doable steps. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to improve communication, repair trust, and deepen connection—always with warmth and respect. I utilize an transpersonal method, blending trauma resolution with Brainspnotting, somatic practices and spirituality for additional support.
