In order for the new relationship to excel, it's imperative that we understand how old wounds and patterns are impacting the current relationship- and make every effort to resolve them. When both parties are able to better understand how their past experiences and attachments have informed the current relationship, they become capable of holding space, expressing compassion, and truly supporting one another's growth and transformation.
While I love meeting couples remotely on a weekly basis, there’s only so much that can be done across the screen. I encourage my couples to use regular VIP days and weekends during which we take the work outdoors to enhance connection, insight, and CHANGE! We then incorporate luxurious methods for fully integrating those gains into the physical body. Connection, clarity and communication comprise the ultimate trifecta for relationships!
