I’m Paul Margolis, a therapist with 40 years of experience helping individuals and families find steadier ground. I support people facing anxiety in its many forms (GAD, social anxiety, panic), depression, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, and family-of-origin challenges. I also work with teens and neurodivergent folks, including those on the autism spectrum, and I honor the complexity of multicultural identities and individuation.
