With an open heart, Nathalie accompanies each person she works with through the counseling process with compassion and curiosity. Combining both the humanistic and pragmatic, Nathalie uses person-centered and emotionally-focused approaches in counseling. She enjoys working with people with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. She will help you address and manage the challenges you experience in your life.
Nathalie sees teens, individual adults, and couples. Nathalie embraces discussing issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, body image, premarital and marital concerns, spiritual questions, and life transitions. She will collaborate with you on goals and achievable steps to reach them.
Nathalie completed her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University in 2023. She has completed the Renewing Your Mind workshop with Equipping Ministries International (EMI). Nathalie is a certified Prepare / Enrich Facilitator for couples. She receives ongoing training in the Emotionally Focused Therapy model for individuals, couples, and families.
