I’m Naomi, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I work with individuals and couples who want their relationships to feel more connected and values-aligned. While I work with folks across the lifespan, I specialize in working with couples who are dating, engaged, or newly married. I am passionate about premarital counseling and believe it can be a meaningful process for any couple!

In our time together, we will work to let go of old ways of functioning and make choices rooted in your values. I strive to tailor our sessions to your needs and always use your strengths as our foundation. I use a blend of modalities, primarily ACT and EFT.

In addition to couples work, I support those with challenges related to anxiety and GAD, attachment, breakups or relationship stressors, guilt and shame, self-criticism and perfectionism, life transitions, parenting, grief, and burnout.
