Dr. Shayne Webber decided to become a therapist or counselor at the age of 16. He has a Master's degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy. Shayne specializes in adolescents, families, and couples. Shayne loves finding creative solutions and strategies to improve his clients' lives and their relationships.

Shayne works with individual teens and adults, couples, parents, and families. Shayne discovered he has a knack with teens and has extensive experience helping teens with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Shayne is also accomplished at working with families struggling with alienation and/or reconciliation.

Shayne has been Director of Counseling and Therapeutic Programming at Lubbock Juvenile Justice Center, Assistant Director of a youth program, and founder of My Intentional Success, a youth peak-performance program. He loves to learn, contribute, and have fun.
