I also draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems, because underneath most fights is something tender: a longing to matter, a fear of being alone, an old wound getting poked. When you can see that in each other, the conversation changes.
Together we'll build skills for speaking up without attacking, listening without defending, and repairing when things go sideways. The goal is full respect, where you can both be honest and still feel close.
