I’m Michael Goldstein, a therapist with 40 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.

My approach is practical and compassionate. We’ll use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to ease anxiety and organize life with ADHD; draw from Collaborative Therapy and Conflict Resolution Therapy to untangle stuck patterns; and tend to abuse, abandonment, and addiction with care. For couples and families, I offer Couples Therapy (Marriage & Family Therapy). Sessions are in English.
