Drawing from a range of time-tested traditions and schools of philosophy, psychology, science and religion (if that's your thing), we'll work to develop skills and insights that you can actually use in life.
I'll help by listening well, by helping you see patterns in your stories, and by helping you pay attention to what your mind and body are trying to say. I'm trained to use EMDR to help you put traumatic experiences behind you & move forward in life. I'm also passionate about helping couples have better conflicts and strengthen their friendship.
