You were never meant to settle for "fine." Whether you're coming in as a couple or on your own, I take a collaborative, attachment-informed approach grounded in who you actually are under that mask. Together, we co-create a roadmap so you can live and love authentically.
My practice is LGBTQ+ and kink/BDSM-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in EFT and sex therapy to support connection, secure attachment, and intimacy for neurodivergent and neurotypical clients alike. I take a human-first approach, which means I show up with genuine curiosity about who you are and what you actually need.
