I support adolescents/adults navigating mood disorders, C/PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence, and existential concerns. Many of my clients come in carrying the weight of relationships that shaped them before they had words for what was happening: attachment trauma, parentification, enmeshment, conditional love, chronic invalidation. They're often called too sensitive, too dramatic, or too much. My clients want a therapist that sees the whole person, not just a diagnostic label. They know what it's like to feel unseen, talked over, or handed a worksheet when they need something deeper.

A skilled clinician and diagnostician with 15+ years of experience, I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies within a relational/psychodynamic framework, building treatment around the individual, not a protocol. I draw flexibly from attachment theory, schema therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and somatic and creative approaches to tailor therapy to your needs. Through psychoeducation and exploration, we work to understand your patterns, build practical skills, connect with your values, and create meaningful change. Grounded in feminist and liberation psychology, I honor the impact of the systems and experiences that shape your life. I am committed to a space where your survival is never pathologized and you can feel seen, understood, and accepted.
