I’m Mark Cheramie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut and Louisiana with 34 years of experience. In our work, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thoughts and habits, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen closeness and repair disconnection, and couples therapy informed by marriage and family principles to improve communication and trust.
