I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 13 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationships, anxiety, life transitions, and the patterns that can leave us feeling disconnected.
Couples therapy is a primary focus of my practice. I have completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy training. I help couples better understand their patterns, communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, rebuild connection, and strengthen the friendship at the foundation of their relationship.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t about deciding who is right or wrong. Instead, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, better understand what’s happening underneath them, and develop concrete tools you can use outside of sessions.
I work with couples at many stages—from those wanting to strengthen an already solid relationship to those experiencing frequent conflict, disconnection, life transitions, or loss of trust. I also work individually with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and life changes.
