What would it feel like to trust yourself again? As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens through connection. That’s why my role is to show up fully present and attuned.

I use an attachment lens, neurobiology, and psychodynamic theory to help you build authentic connections to self and others, develop clear communication, and discover the confidence to create the life you want. I often work with clients who feel lonely, who long for a relationship they don’t yet have, who struggle to find real connection, or who are estranged from family. I hear my clients wonder if something is “wrong” with them, or if they’re “unlovable.” They may function well at work and then struggle in their most intimate relationships. If this is you, notice what happens when I say: “All of you is welcome here.”

This work often brings me alongside adults who are navigating the impact of having been raised by emotionally immature parents, as well as survivors of narcissistic abuse. These are clients who grew up without healthy, or even “good enough,” attunement, and are now working to understand how those early relationships shaped their sense of self and confidence in the world. Through deep attachment repair work with a strong neurobiological orientation, I help clients reconnect with their intuition, self-trust, strength, boundaries, and joy. I enjoy helping my clients connect with their own values and shift out of autopilot to become more intentional about the direction of their lives.
