As an empathetic, trauma-focused therapist, I've treated individuals, couples, and families in private practice, non-profit, and AA and Buddhist-based treatment facilities. I am a Masters-level substance abuse specialist, trained in mindfulness, somatic therapies and EMDR, and use culturally-sensitive, relational, attachment-based treatment orientations.
