I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with individual adults, adolescents, couples and families. I work from a client-centered perspective, and hold the belief that while we are all experts on ourselves, we can all benefit from the perspective of someone outside of our individual life circumstances in order to help us find the changes we long to see in our lives. I have a passion for marriage counseling - seeking to help strengthen the relationships of not only married couples but also pre-engaged and engaged couples as well.
When I am not counseling, I also provide shame-free multicultural awareness and diversity training to helping professionals in various fields, providing practical strategies for reducing unintentional offenses and repairing cross-cultural relationships.
