My ideal client is someone beginning to notice how their mental health, physical health, and relationships are deeply connected. They may feel stuck in patterns with food, stress, or relationships and want to understand where those patterns come from—often rooted in early family dynamics or long-held beliefs about themselves. They are seeking more than a quick fix and are open to slowing down, reflecting, and doing the deeper work required for lasting change. They want support in building healthier coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, sustainable growth across all areas of life.
My hope is to provide a safe space for you to acknowledge the beliefs that you carry about yourself and your relationships, and co-create a new belief.
