I’m Katherine Spikes, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with nearly 12 years of experience. I’m especially honored to work with individuals, couples, families, and LGBTQ+ couples, as well as teens and the adults who love them. Together we’ll grow coping skills, heal relationship pain, and create more honest communication—so anxiety (including GAD), infidelity, family conflict, sexuality, and gender dysphoria don’t run the show.
