I believe healthy relationships are one of the most important foundations for emotional well-being, family life, and personal growth. When couples feel secure, supported, and understood, it can positively impact every part of their lives.
Many couples come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful patterns. Busy schedules, parenting, career demands, life transitions, stress, grief, anxiety, or unresolved hurt can slowly create distance between partners. Some couples are navigating communication struggles, conflict, parenting stress, trust issues, affair recovery, infertility, in-law challenges, or uncertainty about the future of the relationship.
My goal is to create a safe, balanced space where both partners feel heard and understood. I help couples identify the patterns that keep them stuck, improve communication, manage conflict more effectively, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional intimacy. I also believe that our relationship with ourselves deeply affects how we connect with others, so therapy often includes helping each partner better understand their own needs, emotions, and communication style.
