Relationships can be a source of comfort and connection, but they can also leave us feeling hurt, misunderstood, or stuck. I offer a warm, welcoming space where couples can speak honestly, feel heard, and work toward a stronger relationship.
My style is compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth—with genuine conversation and a little humor along the way. Together, we explore patterns that create distance, practice clearer communication, and build greater understanding of each other’s needs. I also support couples and family members affected by addiction, recovery, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, tailoring our work to your circumstances and goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start where you are.
I welcome clients at Practice Place in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. An optional, free 15-minute consultation is available to help you decide whether we’re a good fit. You can request a consultation through my website; your requested time is subject to my confirmation.
