My approach to therapy is warm, authentic and person-centered creating a safe and productive space to work on any issue that will increase the quality of your life, the quality of your relationships – most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself! I am Licensed Professional Counselor, fully trained clinician (EMDR) treating those with a history of trauma as well as trained in Internal Family Systems.
My experience includes providing services to those who have a substance use history, those who have a loved one that struggles with addiction and/or mental health and those who have experienced any kind of family of origin dysfunction and/or relational dysfunction.
