You’ve hit a point where enough is enough. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which focuses on each partner's attachment fears, needs, and longings as well as the cycles of communication and conflict the relationship falls into. You'll work to recognize what you feel on the inside and share it in a way your partner can hold it.
I have worked with clients from a variety of different backgrounds and belief systems, and I'm happy to integrate clients’ values and spiritual beliefs into our work together.
