I work with couples and individuals, with particular experience supporting people navigating life transitions, parenting, midlife, perimenopause and menopause. I also enjoy working with teens and emerging adults around identity, stress, and direction.
I believe each person has a deep capacity for healing and growth when they are ready. My approach is psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and integrative, blending talk therapy with mindfulness, somatic practices to strengthen the connection between mind and body.
