I work with couples and individuals who want to better understand the patterns shaping their relationships and create meaningful, lasting change.
In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and better understand the needs and experiences beneath recurring disagreements. I also work with couples facing betrayal, separation, or uncertainty about the future of their relationship. My approach integrates the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based relationship interventions.
I also provide individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and challenges with self-esteem, boundaries, and relationship patterns.
My style is compassionate, collaborative, and active. I believe therapy should offer more than a place to talk. Therapy should help you understand what is happening, why certain patterns keep occurring, and what you can begin doing differently.
I provide in-person counseling in Arvada, Colorado. Couples counseling and discernment counseling are self-pay services. Insurance may be available for eligible individual therapy services through Headway.
