Couples work is at the center of my practice. I often work with couples who are dealing with an affair or another betrayal, recurring conflict, communication that keeps breaking down, or the sense that they are no longer on the same side.
I use the Gottman Method and emotionally focused approaches to help slow things down and understand what is actually happening between you. I am direct and involved in the work, but I am not there to take sides or decide who is right. I will help you talk about difficult things without letting the same argument take over the session.
I also work with individual adults around trauma and faith concerns, including deconstruction, reconstruction, church hurt, and religious trauma. I am Gottman Method Level 3 trained and licensed in Florida, Texas, Utah, and Arizona. My practice is entirely online.
