I’m Jake Voelker, a therapist with 15 years of experience. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for practical tools that calm the mind, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to build momentum and hope, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you meet and care for the parts within you.
