Maybe communication keeps breaking down, trust has been shaken, or old wounds are getting in the way of the life and relationships you want. I offer a calm, compassionate space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to heal.
I love working with individuals, couples, and families—including premarital and interfaith partners—who are ready to turn challenges into growth. Together we can address anxiety, attachment wounds and patterns of distancing, codependency, infidelity, family conflict, and the impact of trauma. We’ll also build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional intelligence, and support your individuation and voice. I welcome people of all backgrounds and can integrate Christian counseling when it’s meaningful to you.
