I’m Erin Southerington, a Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist in Maryland and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Delaware. I earned my graduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2016 and bring 11 years of experience. My approach is practical and collaborative, drawing on the Gottman Method and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) within a marriage & family therapy lens to support communication, relationship issues, family-of-origin work, life transitions, and sexuality.
