Do you seek more intimacy, aliveness, trust and belonging in your relationship? Let's connect. From my first job as a staff writer at The Gottman Institute until today, I have over a decade of experience helping others tap into the incredible healing power of relationships.
My passion and experience as a trauma therapist combine with a personal passion for embodiment through improv, dance, voice, and somatics to offer a strong foundation for our work. I integrate creative, experiential practices from Psychodrama and Somatics with the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I bring a warm, intuitive, active, and engaged presence to this work, and offer culturally attuned care for neurodiverse clients, LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive individuals, BIPOC clients, and those from immigrant or cross-cultural backgrounds. I am experienced and happy to see clients in diverse relationship structures.
Our work goes beyond insight and into deep, lasting transformation—grounded in the wisdom of the body and nervous system attunement. Many clients come with deep attachment wounds that keep being opened in relationship, and are able to help each other heal, grow their understanding and appreciation for each other, and strengthen their bond.
Sessions are held virtually for clients in Washington State.
