We all face serious decisions, conflicts, and psychological events. Marriage, partnerships, and families are complex and delicate relationships. This therapist uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients address relationship conflicts, family issues, and life injustices. Therapy helps to balance the 5 aspects of self (behavioral, mental, emotional, spiritual, physical) toward a positive and healthy lifestyle in ever-changing environments. As a former social work researcher and educator, I taught aspiring therapists to be objective, non-judgmental, and compassionate to help clients achieve their life goals.
My approach is engaging yet friendly; however, I am direct, structured, and supportive — especially in high‑conflict or infidelity recovery work. My wide expertise areas include being a top 10 therapist in Norman on infidelity, and I help rebuild positive lives after one suffers abuses & injustice by powerful systems (e.g. criminal justice, CPS, internet, employers). As both a survivor and therapist/advocate, my insights will help you overcome many challenges. I also served in the USAF for 8 years and have worked with many military families.
