Together, we will explore what is causing distress, what keeps you stuck, and what changes could help. We will evaluate what is working and adjust when needed.
I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Seattle and have training in neuropsychology, forensic psychology, DBT, psychological assessment, and child and adolescent psychology. This helps me look beyond symptoms and consider your relationships, health, identity, environment, strengths, and way of processing the world.
You do not need to edit yourself, defend your relationships, or make your experiences understandable before they are taken seriously.
