I love working with individuals who are insightful and worn out by patterns they didn’t choose—attachment wounds, abandonment pain, anxiety, and the weight of women’s issues and expectations. We’ll move at your pace, turning pain into clarity and self-compassion, and nurturing relationships (including the one with yourself) that feel safer and more authentic.
I’m Dr. Crystal, a therapist with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma and PTSD, anxiety, attachment and abandonment concerns, spirituality, and women’s issues. My approach blends Advanced Integrative Therapy (combines modern neuroscience, depth psychology, energy medicine, and sacred spiritual wisdom), Internal Family Systems therapy (getting to know the different “parts” of you), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (clarifying what matters and taking gentle steps toward it), and a collaborative style where your voice leads the way. Sessions are offered in English.
