I have spent more than 20 years helping people navigate grief, loss, life transitions, stress, trauma, and the emotional weight that can come with major changes in life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I believe therapy should feel human, practical, and grounded in real life, not overly clinical or disconnected from what you are actually experiencing.
My work is especially focused on grief, men’s mental health, and helping adults make sense of experiences that can feel difficult to name or carry alone. I do not believe people need to be rushed through pain or pushed toward easy answers. My role is to create a space where you can be honest about what is happening, understand it more clearly, and begin building healthier ways to move forward.
My approach is warm, direct, culturally sensitive, and tailored to the individual. I draw from evidence based approaches while keeping our work conversational and practical. Whether you are dealing with loss, relationship changes, stress, identity concerns, or a difficult season of life, the goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and better equipped for what comes next.
I provide both in person counseling in the Colleyville and DFW area and online sessions for clients who prefer telehealth.
